Healthy and tasty breakfast with soya chunks and vermicelli
soya vermicelli pulao is a very healthy breakfast made with vermicelli and soya chunks. This is a protien rich breakfast good for all age groups. I have already posted some healthy and delicious breakfast recipes like oats dosa and corn masala,vegetable mayonnaise sandwich ,cheese paniyaram,ragi ila ada,set dosa and roasted gram chutney etc… Hope you all will like this soya vermicelli pulao recipe.
- 20 no of Soya chunks
- 1 cup of vermicelli
- 1 no of big Onion
- 1 cup of Carrot,beans chopped
- 5 no of Green chillies
- 3 no of garlic cloves
- 1/4 spn. of Garam masala
- 1/2 spn. of Chilli powder
- 1/6 spn. of Turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp. of Oil
- Salt to taste
Step 01Pressure cook the soya chunks for 10 min.drain and squeeze it and cut into small pieces.
Step 02Heat oil in a pan,add onion,green chilli and curry leaves. Saute for 5 min.Add chopped garlic.
Step 03Add chopped vegetables and soya chunks.
Step 04Add all the spices and saute well.
Step 05Add vermicelli.mix well.
Step 06Add salt and 2 cup of water. Close the lid of pan and cook for 10 min.
Step 07Stir the mix often while cooking.
