Saucy chicken (Fried Version)

Saucy juicy chicken fry


5 large piece of Chicken
1 tbsp. of Ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp. of Tomato Sauce
1 spn. of Soya sauce
1/2 spn. of Vinegar
1/2 spn. of Pepper powder
1/4 spn. of Chilli powder
1/4 spn. of Garam masala
Oil for fry
Salt to taste


Step 01

Marinate chicken pieces with ginger garlic paste, vinegar,chilli powder(kashmiri chilli gives good color) , garam masala and salt.

Step 02

Pressure cook in medium flame till 1 whistle.(Add little amount of water while cooking; i took ¼ glass)

Step 03

Let it cool. Again marinate the pieces with tomato sauce, soya sauce, pepper powder and 1 pinch of salt. Keep aside for 15 min.

Step 04

Heat oil in a pan.

Step 05

Here we are going to shallow fry the chicken pieces. So 1 TS of oil is enough)

Step 06

Reduce flame to low. Add chicken pieces and close lid of the pan. Cook for 10 min.

Step 07

Fry both the sides till golden brown
