Special Chicken fry from payyoli (Kerala)

Delicious and spicy Chicken fry with roasted coconut. In kerala we used to make chicken fry in many ways. Here I would like to introduce you a special chicken fry from Payyoli, the north malabar side of Kerala. It is a tasty and soft chicken fry with different ingredients. Normally we will not use coconut in chicken fry. Here deep fried grated coconut is using to garnish the chicken fry.
