Easy and Delicious Oats kheer recipe
Oats kheer is very healthy and easy to make dessert. We can prepare it within 6-7 minutes. You can use honey or jaggery instead of sugar to make this more healthy. Oats kheer is also a diabetic friendly recipe. How to make oats kheer?
- 2 cup of Oats
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of milk
- 10 no of nuts
- 10 no of raisins
- 10 no of almonds
Heat a nonstick pan. Add oats and dry roast in a low heat till golden color. keep aside.
Add 1 cup water and cook till soft.
Add milk and sugar(you can use jaggery also).Stir well.
Add cardamom powder and stir well to make sure there are no lumps.
Keep it on low flame for one minute.
Garnish with dry roasted nuts,almonds and raisins.
