mint vada
Mint vada is a healthy and easy 4 o clock snack
Ingredients
500g of Channa dhal
100 g of Mint leaves(Puthina)
50g of Coriander leaves
3 no of Green chilli
10 no of Shallots
1 small piece of Ginger
2 no of Green chillies
2 springs of curry leaves
Salt as required
Method
Step 01
Soak channa for about 1 hour and just crush it using grinder.
Step 02
Add finely chopped small onion,green chilli,mint leaves,curry leaves,coriander leaves,ginger and salt.
Step 03
Mix well in a bowl and make it into a ball and pat it flat.
Step 04
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry golden brown and crispy
Step 05
Serve hot with chutney and sauce of your choice.
