Traditional kerala breakfast
2 cup of Wheat flour
1/2 cup of Grated coconut
Salt as required
Add salt in to wheat flour and mix well.
Add water little by little to the flour and mix it.
You should be careful while mixing water because it should not change into dough.It should be a wet powdered form.
Add 1 S grated coconut in to puttu maker,then add a handful of flour mix.again add grated coconut then wheat flour.
Close the lid and steam for 5 minutes in medium flame.
