Healthy and easy to make Wheat Dosa
Wheat dosa is a very healthy easy to make breakfast recipe which goes well with chutneies(12 variety chutney recipes) or chutney powder. Compared to other dosas wheat dosa is very easy because no fermentation is required and we can prepare it within 10 minutes. I have already tried some variety dosa recipes like corn masala dosa,oats masala dosa,ragi set dosa,carrot cheese dosa,set dosa etc… hope you all will like this recipes.
2 cup of Wheat flour
1 1/2 cup of Water
3 no of Green chilli(optional)
1 no of onion(optional)
Salt as required
Mix wheat flour with water and salt to form a thick batter
Add finely chopped green chilli and onion.(optional)
Make dosa in nonstick pan. Pour the batter and make circular shape with ladle.Cook both sides till crispy.
If you are not using nonstick pan,then we need to spread little bit oil on the pan while making dosa.
