Vegetable Pakkavada

A very famous south Indian snack prepared with besan flour and vegetables.

Pakkavada/Ullivada is a famous South Indian traditional snack. We can see pakkavada in almost every street shops of India. I used to prepare pakkavada twice in a month for my hubby’s lazy weekend 4 ‘O clock tea session :D. I like the crunchiness and nice aroma of onion and green chillies. Mostly we prepare pakkavada with onion. This time I thought of preparing pakkavada some more healthy, added carrots, beans, cauliflower etc… Vegetable Pakkavada came out well as I expected; not much crispy like onion pakkavada but tasty and I can make my dears to eat vegetables 😉
