Quick,easy and tasty sandwich with vegetables and Mayonnaise. I got this recipe from a TV show. Sandwich is not a common breakfast item in our home. My husband likes sandwich items a lot. He is a great cook in making Bread omelette,sandwich,pasta etc… I tried this recipe on a lazy weekend morning. It took only 15 minutes to prepare this sandwich. Just cut all the vegetables,mixing and grilling. Done. Hope you too will like this recipe.

8 slice of Brown Bread
1 no of onion
1 no of capsicum
1 no of carrot
2 spn. of yogurt
1 spn. of mayonnaise
1 spn. of tomato sauce
Vegetable Mayonnaise Grilled Sandwich Preparation Steps
Step 01Finely chop onion,carrot and capsicum.
Step 02Add all the vegetables in a bowl and mix well.
Step 03Add curd,mayonnaise and tomato sauce to mixed vegetables.
Step 04Add little amount of salt and mix well.
Step 05Take 2 spn. of vegetable mix and spread over brown bread.
Step 06Cover with another slice.
Step 07Grill the sandwich using sandwich maker or a nonstick pan.
Step 08Serve hot.
