Sardine Pickle | Mathi Achar

One of the best dish from my Mother-in-law’s kitchen :)

Sardine pickle/mathi achar recipe. This is a spicy pickle made with fried sardine. My MIL used to make this pickle often. We all love this pickle so much especially my younger sis-in-law who is a great foodie like my hubby… 😉 . I am sure you all will love this pickle. Thank you umma for this wonderful recipe.
