Crispy and tasty fish fry with semolina(rava)
Fish fry is an easy and inevitable recipe in Indian lunch menu especially in south india. It is goes well with vegetarian curry and rice. Rava fish fry is a varitety fish fry which is having a crispy outer layer and succulent from within. We can make fish fry in many ways. I have already tried some fish fry recipes like sardine fish fry and Karimeen fry. You can use any fish for making this fish fry. You can see in picture that the middle one is non spicy and others are spicy. To make spicy fish fry we need to mix some chilli powder in semolina. Hope you all will like this recipes.

3-4 pieces of fish slices
2 tbsp. of semolina
1 spn. of ginger garlic paste
1 spn. of chilli powder
1/4 spn. of turmeric powder
1/2 of one lemon
Salt as required

Rava Fish Fry preparation Method
Make a fine paste of ginger garlic paste,chilli powder,turmeric powder salt and lemon juice.
Marinate each fish pieces with this masala one by one. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
Take semolina in a plate and coat the marinated fish with that.
Heat oil in a pan. Shallow fry the fish on medium flame. (Adding curry leaves while frying will enhance the taste).
Flip over fish after 2-3 minutes.
Once the Fish becomes crispy take out from the pan and serve hot.
