- 2 cups of Wheat Flour
- 1/2 cup of Rava/Sooji/Semolina
- 1/4 cups of Curd
- Oil for Deep Frying
- Salt to taste
Soak rava in 1 cup of water for 5 min.
Squeeze Rava from water and mix with wheat flour.
Add curd and salt in to the mix and make a soft dough.Keep it aside for 1 hour
Make large poori and fry in oil.
