Ragi laddu is a nutritious sweet good for kids
Ragi otherwise known as finger millet is one of the most nutritious food.Its very rich in iron and easy to digest.Research reveals that ragi contains 19 rich nutrition Ingredients.Some nutritious information is given below.

2 cup of Ragi
1/2 cup of Peanut
1 cup of Gaggery solution
1 cup of Grated coconut
1/4 spn. of Cardomom powder
Heat tava, roast ragi for 2 min in medium flame.Make powder(should not make a fine powder).Or you can directly roast the ragi powder.
Crush the peanuts(no need to to remove the skin.It is actually full of fiber and micro nutrients).
Mix ragi powder,grated coconut(optional),cardamom powder and peanuts.
Add jaggery solution little by little and mix well .
Take handful of mixture in your hand and make laddu.
