Ingredients

  • 2 cups of Chana Dal
  • 2-3 Green Chillies
  • 2-3 Small Onion(Shallots) finely chopped
  • Some Coriander Leaves
  • Salt as required
  • Some Curry Leaves
  • A small piece of Ginger
  • Oil for Deep frying

Method


Step 01

Soak dal in water for 5 hours.

Step 02

Grind dal without water in a thick crushed model.Don’t grind too much.

Step 03

Add finely chopped small onion,green chilli,ginger,curry leaves, coriander leaves and salt.Mix well.

Step 04

Take a small amount of dal in your palm,make a ball shape and flatten to round shape.

Step 05

Heat oil in pan.

Step 06

f oil gets heated add this round shaped dalmix.Fry both side till it becomes golden brown.
