A healthy snack made with oats and wheat flour

Oats Unniyappam is a famous traditional snack of Kerala. We used to make unniyappam with rice. I would like the share traditional Unniyappam recipe with you. Here I tried a healthy unniyappam with oats. When we are making normal unniyappam with rice, we need to keep it for fermentation. This oats unniyappam is instant and easy to make. We can also give this for diabetic patients too because no sugar is needed for making this. I have already tried some diabetic friendly oats recipes like Instant Oats Idli,Oats Kheer,Oats kozhukkattai,Oats uthappam,Spicy oats porridge,Ragi oats porridge,Apple oats porridge and oats dal fritters.
