Beetroot Cake | Healthy and delicious beetroot cake with multi grain flour

A healthy no bake cake recipe.

Cake is my family’s all time favorite. My son is very fond of tea cakes. Now a days so many easy cake and ice cream videos are coming in social medias. In that, I saw one video of carrot cake. Tried that and came out well. I made that carrot cake with all purpose flour(maida)and as a maida hater this time I decided to make cake with multi grain flour. This time I tried beetroot cake with multi grain atta and it came out well. The cake was so spongy and fluffy as you can see in the picture. Hope you all will try this healthy cake. I am sure you kids will love this recipe.

How to make Beetroot Cake

1 pn. of Baking powder
1/4 spn. of baking soda
3 no of eggs
1/4 cup of oil
1 pinch of salt

Method

Step 01

Put egg, sugar, chopped beetroot and oil in a mixer grinder and blend to smooth paste (blend to 2-3 minutes).

Step 02

Take a bowl and multi grain flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.

Hi,I didn’t try this cake without egg. You can try with 1/6 spn. of baking soda,1/2 spn. of baking powder and 1 spn. of yogurt instead of egg. Please try it out and let me know how it went out for you :)

No need of water. Just place one non stick pan and on that place your baking pan.
