Nadan Beef Curry

Traditional Beef curry

Today I am going to share the recipe of kerala nadan beef curry. I learned this recipe from my mom. My husband loves beef than any other non veg items. Our traditional beef curry and pathiri is very famous in malabar side of Kerala. Here in this beef curry we are using one traditional masala powder. That gives a nice aroma to the curry. One point you need to keep in mind is always try to cook beef in low flame with very little amount of water. Because beef already contains lots of water. So if you add additional water, the curry will be too watery. Also taste will be less. Hope you all will like this nadan beef curry recipe.
