Murgh Palak Fry (Chicken with Spinach)


Healthy and spicy chicken fry with palak puree


Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg of Chicken
  • 2 bunch of Palak
  • 4 no of Green chilli
  • 1 small piece of Ginger
  • 10 cloves of Garlic
  • 2 tbsp. of Tomato sauce
  • 3 tbsp. Finely chopped capsicum
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt as per taste

Method


Step 01

Clean palak leaves and remove the stalks.

Step 02

Grind well palak leaves along with ginger,garlic,green chilli and salt.Do not add water.

Step 03

Marinate chicken pieces with this paste an then refrigerate for 1 hour.

Step 04

Heat oil in a pan.Shallow fry chicken pieces both side till golden color in low flame.Cover lid of pan while frying
