Methi Paratha(Fenugreek Leaves Paratha)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of finely chopped Fenugreek leaves
  • 1 cup of Wheat Flour
  • 1 cup of Besan Flour
  • 1 tspn. of Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tspn. of Roasted Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 tspn. of Garam Masala
  • 1/4 tspn. of Turmeric Powder
  • Salt as required
  • 1/2 a cup of Curd

Method


Step 01

Add wheat flour, besan flour to fenugreek leaves.

Step 02

Add chilli powder,cumin powder,garam masala,turmeric powder.

Step 03

Add curd.

Step 04

Mix well and make a dough by adding water slowly.

Step 05

Keep aside for 1/2 hour.

Step 06

Make paratha same way we are making chapati.
