- 1 cup of finely chopped Fenugreek leaves
- 1 cup of Wheat Flour
- 1 cup of Besan Flour
- 1 tspn. of Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tspn. of Roasted Cumin Powder
- 1/2 tspn. of Garam Masala
- 1/4 tspn. of Turmeric Powder
- Salt as required
- 1/2 a cup of Curd
Add wheat flour, besan flour to fenugreek leaves.
Add chilli powder,cumin powder,garam masala,turmeric powder.
Mix well and make a dough by adding water slowly.
Keep aside for 1/2 hour.
Make paratha same way we are making chapati.
