Delicious and spongy whole wheat marble cake without using oven
Yummy and healthy marble cake with whole wheat flour. Marble cake is a classic cake with the fusion of colors. I have used 2 batters with vanilla and coco powder to make this cake. It looks bit difficult to make this cake but believe me friends it is very easy, what we need is two different colored batter. I made this cake in pressure cooker. You can also make this in oven 180 degree preheat bake for 20 minutes. I used whole wheat to make this cake you can also use maida in that case use only 2 eggs instead of 4.

In this marble cake I have added tutti fruit and dry fruits to get a crunchiness. Hope you all will like this delicious marble cake recipe.
How to make marble cake
2 cup of whole wheat flour(atta)
4 no of eggs
2 spn. of coco powder
2 tbsp. of yogurt
3/4 cup. of sugar
3/4 cup of oil
1 spn. of vanilla essence
1/2 spn. of baking powder
1/4 spn. of baking soda
1 pinch of salt
Step 01Beat or grind oil,sugar,pinch of salt,yogurt and eggs to smooth paste.
Step 02Take all whole wheat flour,baking soda and baking powder in a bowl. Mix well with hands
Step 03Sieve the flour mix twice.
Step 04Add grounded batter to the flour and mix well.
Step 05Beat/Grind the batter for 2-3 minutes.
Step 06Transfer half of the batter in to another bowl. Add vanilla essence to one bowl and add coco powder to the another bowl. Beat both mixture well for 2 minutes.
Step 07Grease cake tray with butter or ghee and pour 1 cup of the vanilla batter. Then add 1 cup of choco batter and repeat this process till both the batter get finish.
Step 08Take pressure cooker and place a steel bowl inside.
Step 09Place the cake try carefully on the top of that bowl
Step 10Cook for 1 minute in high flame (Do not put whistle while baking cake). Reduce the flame and bake for 50-60 minutes. Insert a toothpick at the center of cake and if it is comes out clean, cake is ready otherwise again cook for 5 more minutes.
