Mangolian Beef Fry
A Chinese American cuisine
As its name implies, Mangolian beef fry is not a Mangolian cuisine. This dish can occasionally found in Chinese buffets. I got this recipe from a magazine. The recipe looks so simple and tasty. As a kerala muslim , our family likes beef recipes very much. We used to prepare beef especially for ramzan and bakrid. I have tried some beef recipes like

.This mangolian beef fry is so simple and easy to make. Hope you will like the recipe.
Ingredients
1/2 kg of Beef
1 tbsp. of Ginger garlic paste
1 spn. of sugar
1 tbsp. of Soy sauce
1 tbsp. of Chilli flakes
2 tbsp. of Corn flour
1/2 spn. of pepper powder
1 spn. of herb seasoning ( I used keya all purpose seasoning)
Oil for deep fry
Method
Step 01
Clean and slice beef like finger size pieces
Step 02
Marinate beef pieces with soy sauce,ginger garlic paste,sugar,little amount of salt,1/2 of herb seasoning and pepper.
Step 03
Pressure cook beef in medium flame (till 8 whistle)
Step 04
Allow to cool and again marinate beef pieces with corn flour, herb seasoning and red chilly flakes. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
Step 05
Heat oil in a tawa. Deep fry beef for 1- 2 minutes.
Step 06
Garnish with walnuts and corn kernels
