Kudampuliyitta Mathi Curry
Kudampuliyitta Mathi Curry/ sardine with gambogee is a famous traditional kerala style fish curry. In malabar side we used to make fish curries with tamarind. But kudampuli is more healthier than tamarind. I have already posted one article regarding Health Benefits of Kudampuli.
Normally we make fish curry by frying onion and tomatoes along with ginger garlic paste. This fish curry I made with a difference. Just coarsely grind all the ingredients and made this curry. It tastes too good. Hope you all will like this recipe. This a spicy fish curry and goes well with Kappa or Appam.
