Shawarma is a world famous non vegetarian dish. It is very common in Indian Hotels. Shawarma is prepared with chicken,beef and vegetables. Here I would like to share beef shawarma recipe. It is less spicy and very easy to make. Hope you all will like the recipe.
How to make Shawarma
3 no of Roti/Chappathi
1 cup of Chopped beef
1/4 cup of Chopped onion
1/4 cup of Chopped cucumber
1/4 cup of Chopped cabbage
2 tbsp. of Curd
3 TS of chopped Mint leaves
3 cloves of Garlic
1 tbsp. of Mayonnaise
Salt we required
Pressure cook finely chopped beef with salt and pepper powder(8-9 whistle in medium flame).
Grind mint leaves,garlic along with curd. keep aside.
Take a bowl,add all the chopped vegetables,beef,curd mix,mayonnaise and salt. Mix well.
Make soft chappthi(you can add egg,milk while preparing chappathi for softness).
Place enough mix on each chappathi and roll.
You can cut each chappathi in to half.
Here your shavarma is ready to serve
