Egg Fruit Shake

Yummy and healthy shake made with egg fruit

Egg fruit is a lesser known fruit of sapota family.The fruit got its name from the fact that it remotely resembles the size and shape of an egg. Epidermis or the edible part is also somewhat like the yolk of an egg, both in color and feel, very soft and easily ruptured.

Egg fruit is really good for making shakes.Some enjoy this with salt and pepper,with lime or mayonnaise either fresh or light baking.Anyway I made a delicious shake with this.Try it out


  • 2 no of Egg Fruit
  • 2 cup of Chilled Milk
  • 1 tbsp. of Suagr


Step 01

Peel off the skin of egg fruit.

Step 02

Blend egg fruit with chilled milk until it becomes smooth.

Step 03

Pour in to glasses and enjoy..
