Easy Cheese Paratha
Healthy 4 O’ Clock snack for kids
Cheese parathas are my kids all time favorite.It is very easy to make and tasty. We can prepare this paratha in two ways.First we can stuff the cheese and vegetables within the dough and cook. Second one stuff the vegetables within the parathas. Second one is the easiest . Because for breakfast we can prepare chappathi with kuruma or some other curries.For evening snack, we can prepare this cheese paratha with left over parathas. Only we need to prepare the vegetable cheese mix. Hope you all will like this easy cheese paratha
4 no of Parathas
2 slice of cheese
2 tbsp of Chopped onion
1 tbsp of Chopped carrot
1 tbsp of Chopped tomatoes
1/6 spn of crushed pepper
1/2 spn of Chopped coriander leaves
1 spn of Mayonnaise
Salt as required
1 spn of Butter
Toast the parathas on both sides till turn light golden brown.Keep aside
Mix chopped onion,tomatoes,Mayonnaise,tomato sauce salt and coriander leaves.
Heat butter in a pan.
Add paratha and place on cheese slice on top .Sprinkle vegetable mix above cheese slice.
Cover the cheese with another paratha. Press slightly
Toast both the sides in low flame.
