Chilli mushroom dry is a sweet and sour side dish serve with rice,paratha,naan. It is very easy to make indo chinese dish. I made dry version of chilli mushroom recipe here. Mushrooms are loaded with essential nutrients. Recipes made with mushroom is very healthy and delicious ones. How to make Chilli Mushroom dry?
- 250 grams of Mushroom (I used button mushroom)
- 1 no of onion
- 6-8 no of garlic
- 1 no of capsicum
- 4-5 no of green chillies
- 1 1/2 spn. of tomato sauce
- 1/2 spn. of soy sauce
- 1/4 spn. of pepper powder
- 1 tbsp. of cornflour
- 1/2 spn. of ginger garlic paste
- 1/6 spn. of pepper
- 1/6 spn. of soy sauce
- salt as required
Step 01Clean and wash mushrooms. Cut in to half.
Step 02Marinate with the ingredients given under ‘Marinade’.Keep aside for 10 minutes.
Step 03Cut onion,green chillies and capsicum in to cube shape. Keep aside.
Step 04Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry mushroom.
Step 05Remove mushroom from the pan and saute finely chopped garlic and green chillies in the same pan.
Step 06Add onion and capsicum saute till onion become translucent.
Step 07Add fried mushroom and stir well. Add pepper powder,soy sauce and tomato sauce .Mix well and adjust salt.
Step 08Cook for 1-2 minute in low flame.
Step 09Serve hot with fried rice,roti etc..
