Healthy and Delicious kheer made with broken wheat and Jaggery

Broken wheat kheer/Gothambu payasam is Kerala’s traditional kheer. We used to prepare this kheer especially in festivals like Onam, vishu etc…This kheer is diabetic friendly because we are not using sugar here. I have already tried some payasam recipes like Pumpkin Kheer,Pazham pradhaman(banana Kheer),Rose Kheer,Vermicill kheer. You can check for my payasam recipe collection here 10 Easy Payasam Recipes.
