Aloo Paratha

Healthy and delicious paratha made with potato

Famous North Indian aloo paratha recipe. Aloo paratha is very famous in north. Spicy potato masala with coriander leaves is the filling. The best combination to have this aloo paratha is with curd and onion salad. My kids love this type of stuffed breads. I would like to make stuffed parathas like Cabbage paratha,Soya keema paratha etc… because it is very healthy and no need of any side dishes. Also this is an easy way to make our kids eat a complete meal.
